用途
物化属性： 无色透明或白微带黄色菱形结晶，密度2.257（20℃时），味苦咸，易溶于水和液氨，微溶于甘油和乙醇中，易潮解，在含有极少量氯化钠杂质时，硝酸钠潮解性就大为增加。有氧化性。与易燃物品接触能引起爆炸。对呼吸系统和皮肤有刺激性。
用途： 用于制造硝酸钾、炸药、苦味酸及其他硝酸盐，也可用作玻璃的消泡剂与脱色剂，搪瓷工业的助溶剂，烟草助燃剂，金属清洗剂和配制黑色金属发蓝剂，铝合金热处理和熔融烧碱色剂，农业上用作肥料。
